Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Partnership Executive to join our team. The Partnership Executive will play a vital role in managing relationships with our NBFC/Bank partners and ensuring smooth transaction reconciliation processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of our products and projects.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with NBFC/Bank Partners to manage regular reports effectively.
Perform daily end-to-end inter-system transactions reconciliation activities, focusing on disbursements and repayments.
Identify reasons for variances and interact with the concerned team to address them promptly.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and projects through hands-on involvement.
Experience in digital lending guidelines and working on default loss guarantees is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
Proficient knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
Proactive, flexible, responsible, team player, and quick learner.
Prior experience in Fintech is advantageous.
