Position: Channel Sales Manager - Loan Against Property
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners including brokers, agents, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and support.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets for loan against property products.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and maximize sales potential.
- Training and Enablement:
- Provide training and support to channel partners on loan against property products, processes, and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance partner knowledge and performance.
- Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Drive lead generation activities through channel partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of loan against property applications.
- Monitor lead conversion rates and work closely with partners to optimize sales processes and improve conversion rates.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and track sales performance against targets, KPIs, and key metrics.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures related to loan against property sales.
- Implement risk management practices and controls to mitigate potential risks associated with sales activities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with channel partners to provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan application and approval process.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Market Intelligence and Feedback:
- Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Provide recommendations and insights to internal stakeholders based on market trends.
Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of loan against property products, processes, and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate channel partners to achieve sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.
- Relevant certifications or training in sales management and mortgage lending is a plus.
