Position: Channel Sales Manager - Loan Against Property

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners including brokers, agents, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and support.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets for loan against property products.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and maximize sales potential.
  • Training and Enablement:
  • Provide training and support to channel partners on loan against property products, processes, and sales techniques.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance partner knowledge and performance.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
  • Drive lead generation activities through channel partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of loan against property applications.
  • Monitor lead conversion rates and work closely with partners to optimize sales processes and improve conversion rates.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor and track sales performance against targets, KPIs, and key metrics.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures related to loan against property sales.
  • Implement risk management practices and controls to mitigate potential risks associated with sales activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Collaborate with channel partners to provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan application and approval process.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Market Intelligence and Feedback:
  • Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to internal stakeholders based on market trends.

Qualifications :
  • Strong understanding of loan against property products, processes, and                    regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related              field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate channel partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make            data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.
  • Relevant certifications or training in sales management and mortgage lending is a plus.
