Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Debt Syndication team in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end debt syndication process, including documentation, financial analysis, and transaction management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow throughout the debt syndication process.
- Prepare and review documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Address inquiries from debt partners promptly and efficiently to maintain strong professional relationships.
- Conduct thorough reviews of reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, specifically in preparing balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Excellent coordination skills to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate clear and efficient information exchange.
