Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Debt Syndication team in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the end-to-end debt syndication process, including documentation, financial analysis, and transaction management.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow throughout the debt syndication process.
  3. Prepare and review documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  4. Address inquiries from debt partners promptly and efficiently to maintain strong professional relationships.
  5. Conduct thorough reviews of reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, specifically in preparing balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
  • Excellent coordination skills to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate clear and efficient information exchange.
