Reporting to: Sales Head
Location: Ahmedabad / Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition through the open market.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA) in the market.
- Efficiently manage existing DSAs and onboard new DSAs as per business requirements.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Possess local market knowledge and proficiency in the local language is advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on DSA management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in the unsecured loan segment.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred.
