Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tech Lead specializing in VOIP, Web
Calling, SIP, and WebRTC technologies. As a Tech Lead, you will be at the forefront
of our efforts to develop cutting-edge communication systems. You will lead a team
of engineers in designing, implementing, and optimising real-time communication
solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers in the development of VOIP, Web Calling, SIP, and
    WebRTC-based communication systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, scope,
    and objectives for communication projects.
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable and reliable real-time communication
    solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise in SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and WebRTC
    (Web Real-Time Communication).
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and provide
    mentorship to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to real-time
    communication.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in
    VOIP, Web Calling, SIP, and WebRTC.
  • Work closely with product managers to align technical solutions with business
    goals
Qualification:
           Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
           Proven expertise in Asterisk.

Experience: 
7-10 years of experience in VOIP, Web Calling, SIP, and WebRTC technologies.
  • Proven expertise in SIP and WebRTC protocol implementation and
    troubleshooting.
  • Strong programming skills in Backend Technologies.
  • Experience in designing and developing real-time communication applications.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a technical team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Good To Have Skills:
Familiarity with VICIDIAL or any Customer Support Telecom Solution.
Experience in integrating real-time communication with web applications.
Expertise in one or more the following : C/C++/Python/Golang
