customers. It offers various financial services digitally including but not limited to Personal
Loans, Business Loans, Loan against property (LAP), DigiGold investment, Insurance, Credit
Score Report, and Expense Tracker. The group entity has an in-house RBI registered NBFC,
and is currently Series-D funded with marquee investors like Premji Invest, Advent International,

Objective of the Role:
We are seeking a key leader for our partnerships arm who can act as a catalyst for business
growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key partners. The role involves
positioning KreditBee as the preferred strategic business partner and ideating programs and
data-driven strategies to accelerate the growth of our partnership model.
Key Responsibilities:
● Account Management & Engagement: Manage day-to-day business and relationships
with key partners. Identify opportunities, run programs, and strategies to grow business.
● Commercial Partnerships: Design and execute commercial partnerships and strategic
initiatives across various product domains to enhance the partnership's value.
● Funnel Management: Oversee lead funnel management and ensure maximum funnel
efficiency through regular interventions.
● Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs),
analyzing performance and making adjustments as needed.
● Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for handling partner
queries, developing action plans, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of
communications.
● Problem-Solving & Innovation: Identify and address business barriers and pain points
by developing models and frameworks (e.g., data, pricing, compliance) to create
frictionless experiences for partners.
● Growth Opportunities: Identify product synergies and sales opportunities to foster
relationship development and business growth.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams at KreditBee
and with partners to plan and execute account-level programs.
● Strategy & Execution: Design, develop, and implement project and program-specific
strategies. Lead experiments for new business models and set them up for long-term
success.
● Project Management: Manage data and product projects with strict timelines. Plan,
prioritize, and execute initiatives while tracking, coordinating, and reporting progress.
Qualifications:
● Significant experience in the financial industry or startups in sales & business
development or product management.
● Proven ability to strategize and execute with strong relationships in the relevant value
chain/customer set.
● Track record of achieving quantitative targets and building business relationships.
● Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong team player.
● Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
● Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset.
● Strong communication skills with the ability to express data-driven viewpoints and sell
ideas internally and externally.
● Analytical thinking, data-oriented decision-making, and dedication to operational
efficiencies.
Education:
● MBA from a premier institute with 2+ years of experience in relevant fields.
