Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop DSA/Offline channels for sourcing Business loans : A target-oriented role working with the business teams for sourcing unsecured business loans via DSA/other offline channels.
Activities and Tasks :
- Identify and engage with top tier DSA networks/offline channels for sourcing business loans and scale these channels over a period of time
- Actively work with business/product teams for collecting market feedback on the product market fit/market research
- Liaison with internal marketing/sales/tele-calling team in driving customer outreach
programs/lead gen efforts and conversions
Skills :
- Soft skills (communication/collaboration) for engaging and managing DSA/offline channels
- Understanding the business loans landscape - market, competition, etc to help in developing relevant products for TG
Experience and Qualification :
- Relevant experience of 3-4 years in the role of managing DSA/offline channels for sourcing business loans
- Graduate/MBA optional
