Responsibilities:

Develop and implement collection strategies to optimize debt recovery and minimize delinquency rates.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Facilitate the seamless execution of projects by coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Legal, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and streamline collection processes.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting collection performance, trends, and key insights.
Monitor and analyse collection performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions.

Skill Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in a related field. MBA degree is preferred.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
