Work Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Manage operations across 5 to 6 cities for Unsecured Business Loans.
- Lead and oversee a sales team of 10-15 individuals, either directly or indirectly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Surat, Pune.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving monthly disbursals ranging from 70-80 Cr.
- Drive new business acquisition through open market channels.
- Possess strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and partnerships.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM or LOS Management systems.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in similar roles at companies such as Lendingkart, Neogrowth, Kinara, UGro, Indifi is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate degree.
