Job Role and Responsibilities:

* Responsible for acquiring business of EBL,LAP and Business Loans product at locations and 100 % collection at Each  and every month.

*Accountable for achieving provided targets for locations.

* Ensuring Branch as well as Team Targets for the Loan products and increasing sales products to enhance the             profitability.

* To analyzing the market including competitors and consumers

* To Provide Housing Loan/ Loan Against Property/ Gold Loan to Customers.

*To Co-coordinating and reporting to the Area Sales Manager also handling team.

*Accountable for achieving provided targets for locations.

* To maintain portfolio of Collection always 100%.

* Monitor and track implementation of defined processes.
* To initiate marketing and promotional activities for the location.
* Direct and co-ordinate the various marketing/sales/relationship building activities.
* Review and approve loan application documents
 * Manage the loan origination process
 * Provide customer service to borrowers
* Manager day to day operations of branch
* Manage Admin of the particular branch
* Follow SOPs for loan documents collection and storage
