Roles and Responsibilities
Develop DSA/Offline channels for sourcing Business loans: A target-oriented role working
with the business teams for sourcing unsecured business loans via DSA/other offline channels.
Activities and Tasks
• Identify and engage with top tier DSA networks/offline channels for sourcing business
loans and scale these channels over a period of time
• Actively work with business/product teams for collecting market feedback on the product
- market fit/market research
• Liaison with internal marketing/sales/tele-calling team in driving customer outreach
programs/lead gen efforts and conversions
Skills
• Soft skills (communication/collaboration) for engaging and managing DSA/offline channels
• Understanding the business loans landscape – market, competition, etc to help in
developing relevant products for TG

Experience and Qualification
• Relevant experience of 3-4 years in the role of managing DSA/offline channels for sourcing
business loans
• Graduate / MBA optional
