Job Description :
-> To also connect/maintain relationship (by visiting in person) with existing borrowers at regular intervals to explore any cross sell/upsell opportunities.
-> Conduct field visits to collect payments and negotiate repayment plans.
-> Manage delinquent accounts and minimize losses.
-> Communicate with borrowers to resolve issues and offer assistance.
-> Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
-> Collaborate with internal teams and report on collection activities.
->Cultivate and maintain relationships with business clients.
->Assess financial needs and recommend loan solutions.
->Guide clients through the loan application process.
->Analyze creditworthiness and mitigate lending risks.
->Cross-sell additional financial products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in loan collections preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Understanding of financial principles and debt recovery processes.
Proficiency in collection software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
