Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute daily debt-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and reconcile transaction records, promptly addressing discrepancies.
Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for debt transactions, contracts, and agreements.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties, facilitating smooth debt-related operations.
Assess and mitigate risks associated with debt transactions, proposing solutions.
Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations, policies, and procedures governing debt operations.
Provide assistance to internal and external customers regarding debt-related inquiries.
Generate and analyze reports on debt-related activities, contributing insights to management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within debt operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in debt bank operations or a similar financial operations role.
Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements related to debt transactions.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using banking software and tools.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in transaction processing.
