- Should have hands on practise on creating effective modules
- Should be in a position to understand the training needs of the trainees and cater the audience by quoting illustrative examples
3. Creativity
- Should not get panic or tensed in any circumstances. Should have a creative mindset to deal with a difficult situation in the training room
Scenarios :
- Any technical glitch and has to run the show without a module
- Candidate asking multiple question
4. Time Management & Multitasking
- Completing the sessions on time
- At the same time addressing all the queries of the trainees
- Checking the trainees understanding level over the concepts explained by the trainer
- Participating in other training related tasks such as process improvement strategies/plans
5. Continuous learning Attitude
A trainer has to keep on learning things. An attitude stating “I know everything is always a problem for a trainer , so should have the tendency to learn new things and need to possess good grasping capacity.
6. Evaluation and Organisational skills
Trainer would be handling batches, should have the calibre to gauge a candidate’s potential
Should be wise enough to give honest feedback, it will be helpful for operations, because no point in having candidates in the team, if they are not up to the mark
Should be in a position to work in a well organized manner so that sessions could be conducted with a calm mindset , otherwise agents will miss out on important content as the trainer is not in right frame of mind.
Job Responsibilities-
- Ensure successful execution of training needs
- Measure program training effectiveness
- Responsible for on-going observations of direct reports, providing guidance, mentoring and support that focus on performance improvement of the candidate.
- Send reports/MIS to the Operations team on the progress/pending status of activities
- Review content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated
- Participate in Internal & External Calibrations
- Conduct refresher trainings based on TNI
- Manage Knowledge Check for New Hires’ & Production Staff
Knowledge, Skills, Other Abilities-
- Very Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Ability to work during all shifts
- Experience in any product/process/soft skill/up-skilling training
- 1- 5 years of experience in Training
